Federated Operation Model

The role of the Service Grid Operator (or the Operator) is to conclude "Service Grid Agreement (or the Agreement)" between Service Grid User (or the User) and the Operator, and to operate and manage resources and services in the manner described in the Agreement.

• Federated operation means that multiple operators connect their Service Grid to each other to share resources and services.
• Operators involved in the federated operation have the relationship of equals.
• The federation is established only between the operators that directly conclude the agreement with each other. An affiliated operator will never be added without the operator's consent. Therefore, the User's resources and services will never be used without the User's permission by a new user of a new operator under the Affiliated Operator.
